Simplemente te estamos preguntando c\u00f3mo te has sentido con la serie que acabas de hacer. Es una clasificaci\u00f3n totalmente subjetiva y t\u00fa decides.<\/p>\n<p>El uso de RPE tiene dos ventajas principales:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"color: #757575; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; background-color: #ffffff;\">\n<li style=\"text-size-adjust: 100%;\"><strong>Relentless puede medir tu progreso.<\/strong>&nbsp;Si hace dos semanas hiciste 5 series de 5 sentadillas con 100 kg y te pareci\u00f3 muy duro, probablemente le dar\u00edas un RPE de 8 o 9 sobre 10. Hoy, cuando hiciste la misma serie con el mismo peso, te pareci\u00f3 muy f\u00e1cil, as\u00ed que le dar\u00edas un RPE de 7. Hoy, cuando hiciste la misma serie con el mismo peso, te pareci\u00f3 muy f\u00e1cil, as\u00ed que le dar\u00edas un RPE de 7. Eso le dir\u00e1 al sistema que est\u00e1s progresando y que te est\u00e1 desafiando adecuadamente.<br><br><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-size-adjust: 100%;\"><strong>La aplicaci\u00f3n puede evitar que entrenes en exceso.<\/strong>&nbsp;Si est\u00e1s en un per\u00edodo en el que duermes mal, la recuperaci\u00f3n no es suficiente y tu cuerpo est\u00e1 dolorido, probablemente calificar\u00e1s muchas series a 8 o 9 en cada entrenamiento.
