Un gran ejemplo es el Open 21.1 con Double Unders y Wall walks. Esos dos movimientos juntos machacar\u00e1n totalmente tus hombros.<\/p><p>Acabamos de lanzar \u201cInterferencia de empuje de la parte superior del cuerpo\u201d que desafiar\u00e1 su patr\u00f3n de movimiento de empuje. Por ejemplo<\/p><p>Flexiones antes de los muscle-ups y luego Bike-erg como \u201crecuperaci\u00f3n\u201d. O una mezcla de burpees y muscle-ups.<\/p><p>Hay algunos patrones que hemos visto que se repiten una y otra vez y vamos a dar a conocer cada uno de ellos en breve.<\/p><p>Alg\u00fan ejemplo de interferencia que trataremos pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/p><p>- L\u00ednea media, por ejemplo, Wall balls antes de toes to bar o V-ups antes de bar muscle-ups.<\/p><p>- Agarre, p. ej. Box Step overs antes de las escaladas con cuerda<\/p><p>- Tirar p.ej.
