Programming at your level
What program should I choose?
If you can perform Muscle-ups, handstand walk and can snatch your bodyweight then choose Advanced
If you are a beginner or need to reset your weightlifting and gymnastic technique then choose Beginner or Novice.
If you are somewhere between Beginner and Advanced and can perform some strict pull-ups then Intermediate is the way to go.
If you are a master and can perform the same stuff as an Advanced then choose the Revive program. If not then Intermediate most certainly could fit.
