I have myself been incorporating mobility with breathing practice for a long while as a recovery piece. Heck this is exactly what we did back in my martial arts days but we did not call it recovery back then but that\u2019s exactly this.<\/p><p><strong>What it is<\/strong><\/p><p>User selectable pieces from 10-25 minutes with various focus areas, each movement in the piece is 2-3 minutes and many are inspired by Yin Yoga.<\/p><p><strong>When should I do it?<\/strong><\/p><p>A perfect use case is as a standard evening practice to relieve the nervous system and promote mental recovery. We have also create some post workout routines and we will continue creating more.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Yesterday I did an upper back &amp; shoulder routine.
