The following disclosure is valid if you choose to connect Google Fit to Relentless.

When you opt in to connect Relentless to Google Fit we collect data concerning your activity such as daily steps, your body measurements such as bodyweight and we measure sleep.

Your data is private and of our highest concern. We do not share or display the data with any party without your explicit consent.

You will always have the option to discontinue your acceptance.

Relentless integrates with Health Connect by Android to provide enhanced health and fitness tracking capabilities. When you choose to connect Relentless with Health Connect, we may collect and process the following types of data:- Physical activity data (e.g., steps, distance traveled, calories burned)
– Body measurements (e.g., weight, height, body fat percentage)
– Sleep data (e.g., duration, quality)
– Other health-related metrics available through Health Connect

How we use Health Connect data:
We use this data to provide personalized insights, track your progress, and enhance your overall experience with Relentless. This data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is subject to the same rigorous privacy and security measures outlined in our general privacy policy.

Data protection for Health Connect:
All data collected through Health Connect is encrypted both in transit and at rest, using industry-standard encryption protocols. We employ strict access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access this data for the purposes of providing and improving our services.

User rights and control:
You have full control over your Health Connect data. You can review, edit, or delete this data at any time through your device’s Health Connect settings or within the Relentless app. You can also revoke Relentless’s access to Health Connect data at any time.

Retention and deletion:
We retain Health Connect data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. If you choose to disconnect Relentless from Health Connect or delete your Relentless account, all associated Health Connect data will be promptly deleted from our systems.

Changes to Health Connect data usage:

Any changes to how we collect, use, or share Health Connect data will be communicated through updates to this privacy policy. 

By connecting Relentless to Health Connect, you acknowledge and agree to these data handling practices.

Garmin Connect Data

Relentless integrates with Garmin Connect to provide connected training, recovery, and health features. We receive Garmin Connect data only after you choose to connect your Garmin Connect account and authorize the requested permissions. Data submitted to Relentless is submitted to Relentless, not to Garmin. Garmin is not responsible or liable for our handling of that data.

Data we receive

Depending on the permissions you grant, we may receive:

• Activity data, including activity type, date and time, duration, distance, pace, speed, calories, heart rate, cadence, power, elevation, route, and detailed activity samples.
• Health and recovery data, including steps, sleep, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, stress, Body Battery, VO2 max, calories, and body-composition measurements.
• Garmin Connect account identifiers and authorization credentials needed to maintain the connection. We do not receive your Garmin password.

Data we send to Garmin Connect

If you enable planned workout synchronization, Relentless sends only future, unstarted running workouts created by Relentless to Garmin Connect. This may include the workout name, sport, planned date, timed work and recovery steps, repeat groups, and pace targets. We do not send imported activities, third-party workouts, standalone activity logs, or completed sessions to Garmin Connect.

How we use Garmin Connect data

We use this data to import and display your activities, track health and training trends, calculate recovery and fitness insights, personalize training and coaching recommendations, and make relevant information available to you and, where applicable, a coach you have chosen to work with in Relentless. We do not sell Garmin Connect data or use it for advertising.

Service providers and artificial intelligence

We use trusted service providers to host, secure, maintain, and operate Relentless. Selected Garmin Connect-derived information, such as recent activity, heart-rate, sleep, recovery, or training summaries, may also be processed on our behalf by third-party artificial-intelligence and language-model providers to generate personalized coaching explanations and recommendations. Where these services are used, they process the data on our behalf under applicable data-protection terms. Garmin Connect data is not shared with third parties for their own advertising or independent commercial purposes.

Security, retention, and deletion

Garmin Connect data is encrypted in transit using TLS and protected at rest using our technical and organizational security controls. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate the service.

We retain Garmin Connect data for as long as needed to provide Relentless, maintain your account history, or meet applicable legal obligations. If you disconnect Garmin Connect or revoke the relevant permissions, we stop collecting new Garmin Connect data, stop planned workout synchronization, and delete the corresponding authorization credentials. Previously imported activity, health, and training history remains part of your Relentless account history. Future, unstarted workouts created by Relentless may be removed from Garmin Connect when you disconnect.

You can request deletion of Garmin Connect-derived data or delete your Relentless account at any time. When deletion is requested, we remove data from active systems. Limited encrypted backup copies may remain until they expire under our normal backup schedule; they are not used to provide active product features while deletion is pending.

Your choices and rights

You can disconnect Garmin Connect in the Relentless app or revoke permissions in Garmin Connect. Disconnecting stops future data exchange but does not delete previously imported account history. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Garmin Connect data, or delete your Relentless account. Contact details and your other privacy rights are described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Changes to this section

We will obtain Garmin's prior written approval before materially changing how Garmin Connect data is collected, used, stored, or shared, and we will reflect approved changes in this Privacy Policy.

Retention and Deletion of Google User Data:

We retain Google user data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, including providing personalized experiences and improving our services.

If you choose to disconnect your Google account from Relentless or delete your Relentless account altogether, associated Google user data will be promptly deleted from our systems.

It's important to note that while we are committed to the secure handling of Google user data, certain aspects of data retention and deletion may be subject to the policies of third-party platforms, such as Google. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these platforms for a comprehensive understanding of data retention and deletion practices.

Any changes to our data retention and deletion practices will be communicated through updates to this privacy policy. Users will be informed of significant changes, providing transparency regarding the management of Google user data.

By connecting your Google account to Relentless, you acknowledge and agree to the outlined data retention and deletion practices.

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Privacy for credit card payments

We use secure payment methods with credit cards through Swedbank Pay, Stripe and Klarna. All transactions use CVV/CVV2 security code. Swedbank Pay use 3D-secure. We do not collect your credit card details, that is managed entirely by Swedbank Pay.
