Three months ago we sent out a survey asking about what skills you guys longed for most.

The results were clear:

We set out in building a progression platform where the user could select skills that would be prioritized in the program. We did not stop with the top priority list above. We have now added twenty major skills from five pushups to legless rope climbs to improving that benchpress!

Deadlift, shoulder press, pistols, kipping pull-ups, muscle-ups yeah you name it. We are not done though and we will keep adding more skills over time.

We have made the skills package very affordable at $9.99 for those that just want to add the smartest progression at their level to their daily training. It is of course included in the bigger packages as well.
