* Males performs Standard Pushups, females with hands on 25m deficit.

** SDHP height is above the shoulders below the chin. Elbows higher than the hands.

*** 2 shoulder taps counts as one rep. These must be performed within two actual feet from the wall. Use your own shoe to determine the two feet distance and mark with chalk.
