Since this morning and with version 3.6.1 you might notice that you have an accessory block programmed after the conditioning piece? For strength durations longer than 45 minutes we may add a shoulder, quad, arms or midline block. 

In the very same version we have introduced Giant sets, which are similar to super sets but the definition of a giant set is three or more exercises.

In the example photo below there is also another peculiar workout. A knee extension finisher. We have re-introduced finisher workouts and perhaps you have already experienced one of them? You will see more of these very soon.
