Community workouts

Yesterday we released 2.10.1 which enabled you guys to get on with Scott’s Onramp, community and fitness leveling benchmarks as part of your daily regime.

The workouts and benchmarks will appear in your program when we that they fit in with the strength portion and when it is time to gauge your fitness again. New users will start out with Scott’s onramp and older users will get benchmarks and community workouts approximately once a week. It depends if we find holes in your conditioning categories, Power & / Aerobic capacity.

Pretty soon we will unleash a vast testing battery across many conditioning categories. A thing we have been working on for over six months.

Other things on the near horizon are having a proper calendar and to register external sessions much better than today!
