This means it’s also getting better at knowing exactly what kind of training you need and what works for you.

We use every piece of data possible to create the best training plan for you. Every day.

Your readiness to train, combined with your short or long-term goals and your training history, will be the main input parameters to every session. Combined with the available time you have for the session.

The Ai-trainer gets smarter every session and will get more and more precise in prescribing what you need and like.

There are two options on how to train:

  1. You can create your customized schedule, or
  2. Choose how much time you have right now.

Regardless of your preference, the trainer will optimize your sessions based on your training history.

Location and equipment

Only get movements that you can actually do

There’s nothing more annoying than having to skip session parts because you don’t have a piece of equipment.

It’s also a bit annoying if your program never includes that fun piece of equipment that sits in the corner of your home gym.

Both of these issues are handled every day with the Locations setting in the app. You can create an unlimited number of locations and choose exactly what kind of stuff you have on each one of them.

The app will always adjust your sessions to match the location every time.

Readiness, sleep & soreness

Feeling sore? Let's take it a little bit easier today!

Sometimes you’re just not having a great day.

Or maybe the kids have been acting up all night, leaving you with insufficient sleep.

Or that heavy squat session yesterday could make your legs really sore.

Before you start each session, the app will ask for your readiness in those three categories. If your answers are way off from your normal status, the trainer will try to deload your current session, adjusting to what seems like a more appropriate load and volume with your current status.

Connecting smart devices

All training matters

If you’re wearing a smart device such as a Whoop strap, Apple Watch or Fitbit, you can connect that device to the Relentless Trainer and make all your training sessions a part of your training history.

The app optimizes your training load, intensity, and volume with algorithms that benchmark your recent recovery check-ins versus a baseline gathered over time.

The more you train with the Trainer, the more accurate this automatic load regulation gets.


Choose your flavor

The Ai-trainer is an adaptable engine that can be used in various training genres. As long as we can match a physical profile to the trainer and have sufficient training data, we can create a variant of the Trainer. We call these variants programs.

A program typically has a style and a long-term goal connected to it. By selecting a program, you tell us what path you want to travel, and that will make the trainer better at adapting to your needs, wants, and goals.

Micro-improvements for the win!

We have created a system that coaches worldwide have tried to build for years using Google Sheets: Spanning ten fitness categories and using levels 1-100 for both males and females, we have created the most comprehensive fitness leveling system on the market.

The aim of such a fine granular system is to enable anyone and everyone to get visible micro-improvements. We know that micro-improvements are very rewarding for the mind, create really strong motivation, and is a key element in supporting our “Show up” core value.

The Fitness Leveling system automatically spots your weaknesses and strengths and will focus on equalizing your abilities. However, we also let you choose how much the engine should focus on fixing your weaknesses.

Give them a fist-bump, share automatically scaled sessions, and compete.
