Brilliant training program!
I absolutely love the trainer! I have a busy schedule and it varies from day to day so it is hard for me to follow a fixed training program. The fact that I can get a program that adjusts to me every day while still chasing my goals is brilliant. Not to mention it adjusts to the equipment I have available.
