We just released a new way of selecting a focus for a period. We have removed the old thing where a movement category was paired with another to make a focus for a period. Instead we have added selectable blocks with focuses. Some programs have more than others. Functional Fitness has the most because of the nature of CrossFit but I am sure that others have their demands. For example Physique has a number of areas where you would like to focus. Perhaps grow huge arms, glutes etc. Or in HYROX where the sled might be a big obstacle so perhaps a block with sled focus.
Yesterday we released the Pull-up Focus which is a masterpiece if you want to improve those Pull-ups. I am on it myself to get to 23 Strict but it works on any level with the AI.
How to activate a Focus
Automatically: A popup when the current block ends or… manually.
Steps (see screenshot sequence)
Step 1: Find your training block on the home page.
Step 2: Click the three dots
Step 3: Select a new training focus
Voila!
