Muscle-up progressions

We have just now added fifteen new Muscle-up progressions. From Muscle-up on floor to Jumping ring muscle-ups. 

We have as well enabled a bunch of these to be performed in a conditioning setting.

When doing muscle-ups it is vital to practice both the false grip and the non false grip. The straightest way to a single muscle-up is to master the false grip and get stronger. To get to 5 however it’s much easier to learn the kipping mechanics.

Some quick key points to for the foundation of a muscle-up

* +20% of your bw in a strict weighted pull-up

* +5 Strict Ring Dips

* Mobility in the bottom ring support and transition. Pecs and Mid-back often a limiter.
