Thuri Helgadottir

– 7 x Games athlete

Thuri Helgadottir has been around for basically as long as anyone can remember. Seven appearances at the CrossFit Games puts her on a level only very few other athletes can match.

Emma Tall

– 2 x Games athlete

Emma has her main background in swimming, and she swam competitively for 10 years until 2014. In 2016, she tried Crossfit and two years later she did her first Open, which sensationally qualified her for Regionals the same year. The year after, 2019, she qualified for the CrossFit Games for the first time.

Viktor Långsved

– Multiple Regionals Athlete

Viktor has been doing sports all his life: ice hockey, floorball and football. He found CrossFit in 2013-14. He has always enjoyed coaching in some way and started to coach ice hockey teams in their off season when he was around 17-18 years old. Now Viktor does individual programming and a lot of 1-on-1 coaching.
