When you want to improve your running specifically, often you want to train running on separate days when you are fresh. When you are using our scheduling function it is super easy to customize your running schedule.
Just add a training day, click on “Custom session makeup”, disable strength and search for “Running”. The top choice is most often what you want.
If you have selected a Running goal or if you have selected a running track, or HYROX, your running training plan will automatically be distributed on the days you have added running to.
